Adding a person to the team of Marketplace Vendor Partner account fails

We are planning to upload an app to the Marketplace soon, and I have already created a Vendor profile for it.

Now, I wanted to add my team members, and it worked for three people. However, with one person, I keep getting the same error message: 'Unable to add team member - We couldn't add your team member due to the email address does not match any known user.' However, my colleague already has an active account, and I am using the same email address to add him.

Does anyone have any idea why this might be happening?

Hi @Sarka Valkova 

I have got this resolved now. Before you can add your users to your vendor, they must have valid marketplace account.

The users should first login to the Marketplace so that their account get created and then you should be able to add them to vendor account.

Which makes sense when you think about it! I think everyone assumes the account will be available to search/add if it has an atlassian id. But thats not how it works!
