Adding a delay to automatic release notes

Hey

So I've setup automatic release notes to trigger when an issue is moved from In Progress to Done. I want to setup a delay so that if I move more than one ticket in a short period of time (say 30 minutes) then they release note will contain both. 

I'm sure that it has something to do with Project Automation but I can't seem to find it. Has anyone done anything similar?

Unfortunately we don't support delaying execution currently. We have a public issue we're tracking against here: https://codebarrel.atlassian.net/browse/CBS-14993 (Due to a [bug in Jira Service Desk|https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-1367] you might need to open the linked issue in an incognito window to see it)

@[deleted] is the feature (delaying the execution) still not supported.

If not, is this something that can be sorted via a plugin?
