Add-on similar to Tempo Planner but with fewer features and lower price

Hello good folks,

Although Tempo Planner seems a decent fit for our company, we don't need many of the features, i.e. billing and any financial tracking.

Is there any other add-on that can offer part or all the following features?

1. Graphical representations for capacity on days / weeks / months

2. Ability to see which users are assigned more tasks then they can handle

3. Price under 500$ for 30 people

I'm afraid I have no answer, but I do think you need to clarify point 3, as Tempo planner can be less than $500.  It depends on how many users you have in JIRA.
