Hello Community,
Reaching out to gather support for this feature request, and hopefully to get some suggestions on a workaround for my use case.
Currently we're running JSM Data Center, and are using Scriptrunner to customize a significant amount of our request forms. Our goal is to move to Jira Cloud next year, and currently Scriptrunner does not support JSM behaviors in the Cloud. Proforma is a great alternative for most of our form customizations, except for one key feature - the ability to conditionally hide field values.
Our main use case involves our organizational service desks that utilize a custom field for 'Work Type in their forms. Each service desk has their own field context containing the complete list of work types across all requests. We have automation that assigns tickets to different team queues based on the selection of that field, and it's also one of the main fields that the project leads are reporting on.
Ideally, we should be able to conditionally hide values in that field so that only the work types related to a request, or previous field selection, are shown. We don't want to have to create additional custom fields as a workaround to this issue.
