Add aditional custom fields values to subtask which is generated on transition Edited

Hello Team,

I want to add custom field values to subtask which is created on transition.

I am only able to fetch those custom field values which is present on parent issue, but i want additional custom fields values for new subtask.

for above scenario, I had attach one screen with required custom fields, but I am not able to fetch those custom fields values from screen using scriptrunner.

I have no idea where that screen custom fields values stored !

Please suggest feasible solutions for above scenario.

For the fields that you want to populate on the sub-task but are not on the parent - what values are you wanting to put there? Are they dynamic from an existing other card? Or are they static text? If dynamic, how would you link to the other card? What's in common?

Values are not present in parent issue. but I required these values inorder to create subtask soi add screen on transition so that additional values i will get from that screen only
