Hi Deviniti team!

A customer reached us out complaining the fields shown in AJSM's transition screens don't have the same display names he configured in JSM's request type form.

We reproduced the issue here and indeed AJSM shows the custom field Name, not the Display Name. We reproduced the issue in AJSM 1.8.3-J8 and 1.10.0-J8.

Is this request already being tracked? Could AJSM either reuse the same Display Name as the initial request form or allow Admins to change fields' Display Name in AJSM screens?

Cheers
