Account field doesn't show specific accounts (Tempo)

Hi,

we are using Tempo for time-tracking and billing, etc.

I created a new project and assigned the new project specific accounts (Tempo).

But when we want to create a new issue, some specific accounts won't show up in the drop down menu. Other accounts do show up.

Accounts of:

  • Customer A showing
  • Customer B not showing
  • Customer C showing

 

Any ideas, where to fix it?
