We have installed Tempo Planner for Cloud. The site-admin group has been given Tempo Planner access. I am a member of the site-admin group. When I click on Tempo from Apps, my left pane does not show an icon for Tempo Planner. It shows the following icons:
My Work, Reports, Teams, Accounts, Apps, Settings, Help.
When I click on Apps, it shows that Tempo Planner is available.
In this case you might want to verify if you have Tempo Planner Access which located under System-> Global Permission.
Another possibility is planner add-on missing permission, you can navigate to Jira Settings > System > Global Permissions and add the “atlassian-addons-admin” group to the "Browse users and groups" Permission.
