Hello, I'm currently using Jira SERVER and I have a couple working Power BI reports that use different URLs from my Jira as data origins. I'm checking out jira CLOUD to evaluate the possibility of migrating or instead using some other software and keep it on premises.
For example, to retrieve the results of a specific JLQ search I now use
https://<JIRA_URL>/sr/jira.issueviews:searchrequest-csv-all-fields/temp/SearchRequest.csv?jqlQuery=<JQL_SEARCH>
in an anonymous connection to a web source in Power BI and I pass my credentials with an "Authorization" header. I'm not an expert but I understand the cloud version doesn't accept this kind of authorization since I haven't been able to connect in this way.
I'm aware of the different connectors available on the market... I'm not interested in them as of yet. I will resort to them if I need to but first I'd like to understand what is blocking that connection in the cloud but not in server.
Any hint will be much appreciated.
