5 % progress when xray document generator export

I've added a new TEMPLATE to my Project in xray setting -> Document Generator and I have the following issue in exporting REPORT (WORD or PDF), always.

Which is the reason why ? What I could do ?

I have already tried to delete the template and then load it again

It may depend on the template that you are using. If the template's code is incorrect, that could be an issue. Also, it might be the amount of data being exported; if there are a lot of issues, several hundred or even thousands of issues, this can take a bit more time than usual to process.

In these cases, it is always best to contact Xray Support (http://Xraysupport.getXray.app) to share your configuration so that the support team can investigate further.
