Jira Cloud by Atlassian gives access to the main Jira possibilities.

Its main feature is that at section Project users have access to board, roadmap, reports, and settings.

So the app lets you have full info about projects, allows you to edit it, and set it up according to their aims.

On the board, users can select a project or other filters and view all issues on columns. Each issue is available for view, edit, comment, and attachment. The process of creating tasks is handier than on desktop Jira versions. Because it allows adding new issues to the necessary assignee and column. So in this way “Assignee” and “Status” fields are auto-filled. Also, Jira Cloud by Atlassian allows to change the workflow process, to close a sprint, and create a new one.

Reports functionality is especially delightful because it allows evaluating all importing sprint data via mobile phone only.

By choosing Issues section, you can monitor, create, and edit issues grouped by default and custom filters.

Also, you can see the logged time, comment, add attachments, and track all activities in notifications.

All you need to start using it is to have the Jira account and download the application from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store

We would like to point out that the Mobility for Jira offering also includes a Jira Service Desk Customer Portal app without any additional fees. The corresponding app can be found on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
