New to Jira and Confluence - separate and together

Hi Everyone! I am diving in head first while working with a team that is transitioning from waterfall to agile while using jira and confluence. Very early stages of transition. training and coaching as we practice. I have used Version One and Rally however this is my first time using Jira for more than issue tracking.

Hoping to learn a lot quickly and welcome ideas and suggestions! Here we go!
