Administrator permissions

Hello, 

I am individually working on a project in Jira. While completing the Enrich issues module, I could not see the Create Issues option in Project Setting and thus assumed this function may be unavailable to me as I may not have administrative permissions.

I am using the free cloud version of Jira, is there a way in which I can assign myself as Admin?

Welcome to the community!

As per as my information project managers can change the roles. If you are the project manager or owner you can change your role.
