Just completed the course. Wasn't a long course if you have jira experience. I could see someone new to Jira getting mix up trying to map all the different schemes to build issues for the Jira projects.
Key takeaway -
1. Keep configuration as simple as possible
2. Download the materials for future references.
I like the business use that were use. Instructor use common cases that you will find in companies and organizations that had their Jira setup by anyone without a knowledgeable administrator to help govern the instance. Definitely can get away with it in a small business but as soon as the company scales, trouble starts. This course will help setup the guidelines to lower the risk of issues scaling Jira in your organization.
