Yup, I agree - these are good for any level. I have been using Jira for years, but sometimes you don't know some of the little tricks or maybe haven't seen an added feature.
My only 'complaint' is that I wish I could adjust the speed. When I am in familiar topics I like to listen much faster. I like that better than trying to skip forward potentially missing some little nugget.
I am really getting some of those nuggets out of part 2!
