service desk configuration plugin from 10-22 AUG

I can't remember the name of the plugin that was demonstrated alongside EazyBi.  Can anyone help me out?

Good morning Matthew.  Are you referring to the Service Desk add-on?  That was "Extension for Service Desk" by Devinti.
