What tasks can you expect?
you are resposible for comprehensive consulting for our customers in the planning, implementation, introduction and further development of Atlassian systems
you prepare requirement analyses and specialist concepts
you give technical support to the development teams in implementing the requirements of our customers
you configurate and adapt solutions for our customers
you implement workshops, webinars, online trainings
What are the requirements?
- you studied business informatics, computer science, business administration or a comparable vocational training
- ideally, you have knowledge or project experience in consulting and the technical conception of workflow systems, intranet or issue tracking solutions
- experience in handling and configuring Atlassian products
- distinctive customer and result orientation
- ability to work in a team, good communication skills and professional appearance
- independent and self-reliant way of working
- willingness to travel, e.g. for workshops and trainings with our customers
