Hi, We are a startup based in Markham, Ontario Canada and with an office in Pune, India. We do currently have an internally developed issue tracking system but want to move to JIRA. I am looking for some freelance help who can help set up this and also do some custom development to syn some of the tickets in JIRA with the internal system we have.
We would also want to have a customer facing portal for customers to create the JIRA tickets directly and or look at status.
Some of us have used JIRA , but in general, we are a newbie or have little knowledge in JIRA.
We prefer the freelancer to be based close to one of our offices so that working on this would be easier, but willing to entertain anyone around the world. Let me know if any expert wants to do this as a side project.
