What tasks can you expect?
- you are the technical contact person for our customers
- you advise our customers throughout the complete life cycle of software applications (with a focus on Atlassian) and ensure a future-oriented application environment
- you independently integrate new applications into the existing infrastructure of our customers and are not afraid to make suggestions for improvement
- you ensure the stable operation of the applications by means of analyses, plan and supervise updates
- you fix more complex problems and quickly restore the application to its original state
- you support our customers in the administration of the various Atlassian applications
- you contribute to the constant exchange of knowledge with other service experts and discuss improvements with experts
What are the requirements?
- secure handling in the administration of server operating systems (Linux and Windows)
- secure handling of web servers (e.g. Apache, IIS) and application servers (e.g. Tomcat)
- good knowledge of database management systems (e.g. Postgres, MySQL, MSSQL)
- experience in the field of application management is an advantage (e.g. planning/implementation of updates or installations, systematic analysis of malfunctions, etc.)
- experience in the use of Atlassian technologies is an advantage
- structured approach and diligence in handling a wide variety of customer enquiries
- successfully completed vocational training in the IT environment or comparable qualification
- career changers with relevant experience welcome
- willingness to quickly familiarise oneself with new topics
- high customer and service orientation as well as good communication skills
- very good written and spoken knowledge of German and English
- distinctive team spirit and independent working style
