We are looking to hire several IT-Atlassian Sales Managers USA - REMOTE
The ideal candidate will engage with clients to build new opportunities and generate revenues for our company in these areas: Atlassian Ecosystem Solutions, Scaled Lean-Agile Transformation and Training, and IT Talent Staffing.
We are looking for:
- Sales guru for Atlassian Cloud and Data Center solutions: end-to-end proficient at email campaigns, social network campaigns, and called calling; finding new clients, growing accounts, reviewing metrics, and delivering presentations.
- Sales experience in selling Agile Transformation and Coaching services.
- Skilled communicator: delivers well-received written and verbal messages.
- Exceptional networker: creates professional relationships through online events and social media.
- Productivity expert: self-motivated, sets priorities, meets deadlines, handles multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Problem solver: identifies challenges, and proactively seeks and recommends creative solutions.
- Technologically inclined: proficiently uses Microsoft Office 365 online portal (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), LinkedIn Sales, and Atlassian product suite (Jira, Confluence, Access, Jira Service Management, …), and Salesforce CRM.
Candidate must be able to think critically when qualifying/developing opportunities, close deals, and have a demonstrated ability to execute our marketing/sales roadmap and revenue goals.
Responsibilities
- Identify new clients and close deals to generate revenues.
- Identify partnership opportunities in alignment with our company roadmap.
- Maintain existing clients.
- Promote company services to clients and partners.
- Think critically when planning to assure project success.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of successful records in marketing and selling Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, …).
- Strong “Agile” knowledge.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strategic thinking.
- Proven record of success at enterprise selling and generating revenue.
- Knowledge with the full stack of Atlassian implementation, tools, and integrations.
- Experience with Office 365, LinkedIn Marketing and Sales, and Salesforce CRM.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.

- Knowledge of current sales trends, best practices and methodologies within the staffing and workforce solutions industries.
- Ability to close deals and generate revenues.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Industry related IT and Atlassian sales experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
