Don't know if anyone else is currently trying to hire an administrator position for Jira/Confluence or not, but if you are, are you finding appropriate candidates. I know that in general our job descriptions are too generic, but we're definitely having trouble finding candidates with significant end user experience not to mention any administrative knowledge.
