Your Future Role

  • Develop new features, improvements, and bug-fixes for the Scroll Documents family of apps.
  • Be part of the code owners collective by writing code, refactoring, and providing insightful PR reviews.
  • Collaborate with our product managers, UX and UI designers, and support specialists to bring your ideas (and theirs) to life.
  • Look beyond your IDE by helping in support cases, providing input to user documentation, or by supplying numbers to drive decisions. Bring your own ideas to the table: features, habits, and tools.
  • Dive into the Atlassian ecosystem and integrate Atlassian Cloud and Data Center products.
  • Work with progressive technology such as Confluence, Jira, Java, TypeScript, Spring Boot, Docker, and many more.

 

Your Background

  • Experience in building and maintaining back-end and front-end code for dynamic modern web applications.
  • A passion for clean, stable, and well-documented code that supports fast evolution.
  • Excellent understanding of server-side Java with Spring, and hands-on experience with Maven and Git.
  • Excellent understanding of and experience with web technologies such as HTTP, HTML, CSS, React, Redux, and TypeScript.
  • Practical experience building and maintaining software in a team, ideally backed by a degree in applied Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or similar.
  • Confidence in the English language, both in speaking and writing, with the capability to communicate complex matters.
