This job is responsible for owning the measurement and strengthening of the Organization's Agile enablers and the day-to-day operations required to scale Agile across the Enterprise.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct enabler assessments to identify gaps that will impede the growth of Agile in the Organization.
- Define and manage the implementation of initiatives to address the gaps identified, including the allocation of resources needed.
- Define and track the metrics of success set for each initiative, reporting to the Agile Center of Excellence leadership on progress.
- Create and follow a repeatable model to stand-up Agile teams that will help streamline and ensure consistency when scaling Agile across the organization.
- Follow up with relevant stakeholders involved in standing-up Agile teams to ensure that they are set-up for success.
- Work with the Agile Center of Excellence leadership to provide guidance on future Agile opportunities in the Organization.
- Other duties as assigned or requested.
EDUCATION
Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management

- 6 years of relevant, progressive experience in lieu of degree
