I have several tasks related to Zendesk. Detailed record in the spots I can see the Zendesk ID. But in the tables and queries the field 'Reference Zendesk ticket is empty!
j'ai plusieurs taches reliées à zendesk. Dans la fiche detaillé des taches je peux voir l'identifiant zendesk. Mais dans les tableaux et les requetes le champ 'zendesk ticket Reference' est vide!
I don't really understand what you're seeing or where you might be putting the Zendesk reference in JIRA. Could you give us a screenshot, or explanation of what fields are where on your JIRA issues, and explain what is missing?
