I created an event (create event) for type of issue but when users create an issue sometimes jira sends me an email to notify me about this issue. how can i solve this trouble? i need every time users create an event , jira sends an email.
you mean that you need the email to be send to user each time when new ticket is created?
If yes then check what Notification Scheme's you have to make sure that email is send out email notification Issue Created
