why i cant see approvals section in service desk issue detail? i use approval step in workflow, but i cant see the section in detail of issue, neither in customer portal;
the approval buttons doesnt appear in customer portal, but the buttons are showed in detail of issue

i finally found the problem, i dont know why but the approval configuration (in each approval step) was lost; i just reconfigure these steps in workflow and all worked again..
im not sure the reason, the only recently activity was the update of some plugins but, like i said,im not sure what happened
It sounds like a permission problem. If you have permissions such that only the submitter can see the issue in the portal and possibly restricted approvals to not you. AFter that I would check and make sure the field is added to screens.
