Thanks Nic. I saw this note... on our old server, there was no such group setup (under user management), and yet our QA Manager had access (can still access that one to confirm). We moved to a new server a week and a half ago and now he can't access it. No other privileges changed. Is there a special place where this group is configured?

The last time I worked with this addon, I think it was hard-coded, so you had to have the group it mentions. Is the group defined on your system with the correct users?
