the description is not showing in my tickets using the new view.
Old view and new view
PProbably something obvious but can someone help?
Its ok I have figured this out now. Its because the Description field wasn't added to the Screen the page was using. Thank you

can you have a look here - project settings > issue layout and see i Description is shown in the screen anywhere?
