where do i get reportservice.svc in jira

we want to populate the test case results in jira. so for that we need reportservice.

I'm not sure what you are expecting here, but reportservice.svc is not a JIRA function.  Have you added some form of add-on to provide this?

If you want to populate the test cases automatically, you probably want to use the REST interface into it by coding in your testing application.

We want to basically update Test Results run in Selenium Webdriver(java) in Jira where test cases are present. Could you please help us with integrating Selenim Webdriver Testng with Jira
