How can I configure a issue filter to show WHEN a ticket WAS assigned to someone?
Example: Tickets are assigned to Internal QA in workflow, who in turn pass or fail the job, and then the job is assigned for rework, or live deployment. I now want to see which QA person had it, and when.
You can only do it if you capture those details in custom fields. For example, you can have 2 custom fields, QA assignee, QA date and then set those fields in the workflow post function when the ticket reaches (or leaves) QA state.
