when i create a branch in JIRA, it doesnt show in GIT GUI.

When I create a branch in JIRA, it doesnt show in GIT GUI.

However, If I go to git bash and type git branch I see the new branch I created. That's why I had to push code to master branch which is not the right thing to do.

Can you please provide info how to solve this problem so
