Hi 
Recently I have been facing Problem, with just one issue in Jira.

Problem : There is an issue CEP-376 , I can find it in search, in filters, even it is exported but when I click to open it , it opens a blank page.

I am not sure why this is happening . Also if it would have been deleted, all history related to it would have gone, but everything is all there, it is just the issue opens a blank page. it is happening only with one issue.
I do have all the rights.

Understanding the issue, since its just happening on one issue, try these.
1. when you click the issue link to open in a separate window - use the F12 dev tool console to see what the console shows.

2. also try to clear your browser cookie and cache and try again.

3. did you update your web-browser.?

I give the above 2 options because you say that the issue can be exported, and appears in the filter search, which means things are in good condition in the DB :)
