When starting to work on a task and moving to (In-Progres), if I stop working on it, do I move back to to-do or leave it in the (In Progress section)
It depends on your Project Workflow and project requirements really. Usually the next logical step is to put it in a status indicating what to do next or it's current state e.g. "Ready for Testing" or "Development Done" something like that.
Depends on the context. Are you stopping because it is the end of the workday and you will continue somewhere in the upcoming days?
In that case I like to keep it on In Progress, to be able to quickly navigate to it via dashboard "Issues in progress" widget, and it reflects on possible Boards all the issues you currently have on your plate (having to work on it some more takes up brain memory as well. It is in progress. )
