what is the reason that submit form button is greyed out in internal LDAP

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: User Management Documentation Directory

To whom is concerned,

I tried to configure the internal LDAP, I entered all the values needed in form, but the save and Test button has been greyed out.

This widget could not be displayed.

The LDAP save and test buttons remain greyed out until the data you've entered for the connection meet the minimal basic checks.  You say you've filled in all the values "needed", but missing one is the usual culprit.  Or perhaps one of the entries is clearly invalid (like a server name)

I have the same problem. Everything is filled out. Did you ever figure out what the problem was?
