Best is very subjective.  JIRA already supports mobile interfaces.

Cloud also have JIRA mobile connect  preinstalled

What is missing for you?

Norman is absolutely right - "best" is subjective. Your comment suggests that you want a generalised "just do stuff" client, which needs to do the basics. That rules out some clients which are highly focussed on one aspect, but doesn't really narrow it down. Your best option is really "Try the available ones and see which suits you the most".

For people looking for a simple to-do list app for JIRA (on Android), we made Chimney.

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.madebybread.chimney&hl=en_US

It features:

* Checkbox-style to-dos

* Snooze for later

* Personalized Today view

* Quickly create to-dos

* Swipe to any status (i.e. swipe to "In Progress")

* A simple, clean interface

* Push Notifications and more!

Works for both JIRA cloud and server.

Depends on what you want from the application.

Ok. I want to able to read and run basic functions on the JIRA (such as re-assign, write comments, chage ticket's basic data).

Thanks.
