what can we do on an expired jira site

Can we have a list what we can do and what we cannot do on a jira site where license expired , please ?

If on your server you can do everything except apply upgrades or any kind of maintenance.  I don't know what the cloud restrictions are, but you probably can't even logon. 

With an expired full licence, yes, Joe is spot on for Server, it'll work fine, with a reminder that you are working on an expired system for admins. 

You will not be able to upgrade to versions released after the licence expired, and you can't raise support requests.

If it's an expired trial licence, you'll be able to read the existing data, but not create new issues, the only thing you'll be able to change is pasting in a new licence.

Cloud - the server stops when you stop paying, so as Joe reckons, you can't log in.  It is then deleted 7 days later.
