Sorry if I haven't been clear - Yes we would like to be able to see HTML emails in the description.
We currently receive IT requests using a request form which is emailed to our support account and displays in the HTML format, when this creates the issue in our service desk it loses the HTML format and shows as plain text which makes it really hard to read the information they have added.
