view queues from multiple projects simultaneously

We are a consulting agency and have multiple Support customers.  How can my support team quickly see when a new issue has been raised on multiple projects?  Is there a way to see all queues on all projects?

You may want to consider creating a dashboard for this purpose or maybe, if you have JSW application, create a Kanban board.
