Is there any way to retrieve the user who created a label/tag for a specific JIRA?

There is no *direct* way to get it, but you can get to it with a bit of data analysis.   The process is:

  • Search for all issues that have that label
  • Read their histories for the "add your label" events
  • Get all of them in a list and look for the oldest one

The person who did that is the person who added your label.  (Assuming no-one has issue deleted permission - that would mean you've destroyed the record completely)

@Gursoy Yerli there is not a way to do that.  There are a few apps that provide additional label functionality but I do not think that is one of them - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?application=jira&hosting=cloud&product=jira&q=label&query=labels

I was also not able to find a feature request like that here: https://jira.atlassian.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa  You can raise one and vote for it.
