One of our project managers created a couple of dashboards. they added gadgets to them. but when they try to edit the individual gadgets , they can't. they don't have the little down arrow icon at the far left of the header stripe for the gadget. they have the other icons - to move or maximize the gadget. but not the far right one. it's just blank space where the icon should be. other users are not having this problem.
