I need to use incoming email a lot for a larger website. This website is divided into Divisions. Each division has his own developer.
I have 1 emailadress for incoming issues. I would be great if the topic line could something like 'TV' and that the issue is automatically assigned to the 'TV' division developer.
I have 6 divisions, so it's needs to match with that. If it does not match, it should be assigned to the Project Admin.
Is this possible and where to begin? (the email handler works already, except for the divisions)
EDIT: Instead of a custom field for the divisions I can also use the Components. That might be easier..
