I know absolutely nothing about Jira and have been thrown into this project. Forgive me if I ask stupid questions. I want to know if this is even possible before I waste a bunch of time on research. We have new hire onboarding rule that generates and sends out tickets to various teams to complete. They contain checklists that must be completed before the tickets can be closed. What I have been tasked with is to generate a ticket that can extract the new hires manager from the above tickets and send a services request checklist to that manager. Hopefully, based on what was checked on that list, the checked services can be added to another an existing ticket to complete.
