The rest endpoints section on script runner is not loading  its just spinning and in logs we can see this error message

/rest/scriptrunner/latest/custom/customadmin [c.a.p.r.c.error.jersey.ThrowableExce
ptionMapper] Uncaught exception thrown by REST service: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/stringtemplate/v4/ST
com.atlassian.cache.CacheException: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/stringtemplate/v4/ST

the Jira datacenter is hosted on AWs platform and the issue was not found on script runner version 6.58.x and below. this issue is started from version 7.0 x and higher.

we tried to clean up scripts folder of script runner and work folder of Jira install directory its did not worked. issue is still exist.

Hi @Durbha Siva and welcome,

try to shutdown your jira instance (all nodes), clean plugin cache (https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-clear-jira-s-plugin-cache-1157468195.html) and start again JIRA.

Hope this helps,

Fabio

Hi @Fabio Racobaldo _Herzum_ ,

Thank you ! for response. we tried clearing caches of plugin and Catalina work and temp directories and re-installed plugin again but it;s same.

In Addition we removed all scripts and data under script runner along with above mentioned steps and re-installed script runner plugin but still the issue is exist.

All other scripts used in workflows, fragments, and other components we are able to access it through UI. except the rest endpoints.
