unable to see Import Issue option

Hi,

 

I am a JIRA site admin, and unable to see the “Import from an external system“ option under "JIRA Administration" -> "System"

 

I used to have this functionality before under Issues section - is there somewhere else i should be looking?

Hi Andrew, if you still can not find that option under System > Import and Export > External System Import, it'll be best if you open a ticket with our Support team. Please go to support.atlassian.com and let them know your site name so they can check it for you.
