unable to add incoming mail handler

Click "Add incoming mail handler", enter a name, then click "Next", then the screen grayed out, and nothing happens. I'm unable to add incoming mail handler. Any suggestions or helpful links?

Have you added a POP / IMAP server yet?

Yes, I successfully created and tested a Secure Pop server connection. The next step was to add an incoming mail handler, and that's when I get a grayed out screen.

I wanted to reply yesterday, but apparently I'm limited to one question/comment per 24-hour period... sad
