trusted, oauth and basic application link - which one is in use?

When you link Jira 6.x to confluence 5.x you can configure more than one application link type.

It is possible to configure all three linktypes at the same time.

What happens, which link type is used, when confluence and jira exchange data and all the three types are configured?

I believe that there is an display that shows which is the primary type that they will use for linking.

I think you can see which type is configured in Jira 5.x and Confluence 4 (and early 5 versions). But the view changed, compared with the newer Jira and Confluence versions

You will find the documention for the applink 4.0 here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/APPLINKS/Application+Links+Documentation
