The question is during an agile sprint, when a bug is found, what is the best way to handle it in a scrum view? Since the team is colocated, the simplest is just tell the developer and have him fix it. We could enter notes in the sub task and @mention the developer. We could create a separate bug issue type. If we end up created a bunch of bug issues types, how do they tie to the user story and how do you manage them in the sprint? I see the default is to add the bug to the current sprint... this placed the bug on the backlog (next to all of the stories that the team committed to do). I'm really looking for options and best practices dealing with defects in a scrum process...
