the created task and tasks with changed status are not displayed

Hi,
please help me with the following issue. Today we added one task and changed the status for two tasks (from resolved to closed), we received all needed notifications by email about these actions, but! there is no change in the filtered lists, and we do not see the created task and tasks with changed status are on their places - the closed tasks among the resolved. But on the personal pages of these tasks we see our actions results.
We did not touch the system, did not provide any changes and did not have such experience before.

Vadim, please the JQL you are using for the filter and if you are using a board, a screenshot of the column configuration would be helpful
