support page unreachable

Erika Eskenazi November 1, 2012

I can't get to a support page. I've attached screenshots of the error and of a DNS lookup for their host. I can't think of any other useful information to provide. I've tied both http and https, but http just redirects to https. If I go to a non-existent url, I get a more normal error page, showing our ecorithm template and a slightly more formatted error message (also attached)

We figured it out. It had to do with cookies in Chrome.

you're trying to reach "/logi", which should be "/login". For me both https://ecorithm.jira.com and http://ecorithm.jira.com work fine :)

Looks like the service isn't running at all. Check if it's running and have a look at the log files.

i actually typed that on purpose as a non-existant url. it shows a more normal error page than the correct link which is shown in the first image.

Please log a support ticket on https://support.atlassian.com and mention this Answers url, because I don't know what's exactly going on.
