I want to set up a bunch of automated sub tasks when creating a ticket, for example if a ticket for a Leaver is created, it should have subtasks automatically added such as 'Disable AD' 'Backup Gmail' etc. We currently use the cloud based JIRA Service Desk.

Most of the "create sub-task" plugins including the script runner work only on hosted JIRA and not on the Cloud instance.
